The team at Red rooster burpengary are always very friendly and kind. I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get my order. The atmosphere is a little bit weird, there was a little kid working there who wasn’t in uniform but it is what it is. The food was made to perfection

The food was good but didn’t get the correct sauce on snack sliders. The paper wasn’t marked with flavour of sauce. The people behind counter, 1 in kitchen 1 behind counter, were laughing the whole time so that’s probably why the sauce was wrong. Two of us at home couldn’t use app.

Understaffed, bad service, 20 minute wait times and food haphazardly handled. I went to red rooster and had ordered a fried pack. I was left waiting an upwards of 20 minutes before I got my order, which was even more ridiculous considering the fact that they only had, at most, 3 other orders they had to deal with, whilst food was being thrown on the order shelf, to be left there as much as 10 minutes at a time! The food ended up being cold and stale. To be fair, there were only 3 staff there, but they were slow and careless with little management. Just ridiculous.

After confirming my order twice, you still had it wrong and forgot to make all of what I ordered. Ordering chicken tenders and it looked like some of them was broken in half to make up for the 6 I ordered. The gravy is way to much and clearly looking at cutting cost on the meals. The chicken pieces was small and not as advertised. After getting home realizing that the order was incomplete and completely wrong. I had to drive back to the store. and was told by one of the staff after lightly saying what can I get for my inconvenience, “You can have what you paid for” I am not happy and will think twice of going back.
