This is my first ever review I had to warn others. The customer service here is absolutely appalling I’m so upset the lady at front counter was so short, rude and cranky with me and I was nothing but smiles and thankyous they weren’t busy I was the only customer (go figure). To then receive my one item and it be made wrong missing sauce just terrible and went all the way home to enjoy it to then be disappointed. I used to work at a red rooster and now I work in the shopping centre and loved to get red rooster and now I will be happy to tell all my staff and all my customers how horrible their customer service is and complete lack of care with customers food orders.

My husband and I ordered lunch and was told there would be a 5minute wait. 20minutes later we were still waiting for it. Only 3 kids working there that we could see and none of them were in any hurry to serve people plus I don’t think they know how to smile to customers. Nobody was offered any sort of apology when the orders eventually came out. Extremely poor service

First and Only time here, simply asked what one of the rolls were and was met with hostility from a rude girl at the counter today (14/06/22 1pm) wearing a hat and long dark hair, I asked if she was ok and she still continued to have an attitude. I left without ordering. If you’re gonna have kids working maybe have a supervisor on the floor?

Terrible experience, staff at no communication between them selves in regards to what food item they has out of stock. Which seemed to be everything. My meal was return due to wrong items and failure of the staff to communicate that I may need to change my order it was then delivered to me cold. While waiting for the correct order I also notice the staff at the back not wearing masks while handling food. Terrible service and terrible meal
