I cannot believe the extremely poor service and p the poor hygiene of this place. The bins inside the restaurant were overflowing with rubbish, with rubbish piling up on the floor. The ladies toilet was dirty with no toilet paper or hand paper to wipe our hands with after our visit. Food was supplied in a brown paper bag with no cutlery or sauces. The tables and floor of the restaurant was dirty. The manager was talking to friends on the phone. We have never visited such a dirty Red Rooster environment like this EVER !!!

Terrible… absolutely terrible experiences consistently. The food itself is actually alright however Red Rooster claims to do “door dash” yet they seem to cancel every single order ever placed at random. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never order here again.

This has happened to me 4 times already. You order fried chicken only to discover at home that you’re missing 1 or 2 pcs of chicken. This is totally wrong since you’ve paid for those pcs. The management if they ever have one should check this out. Coz its happening quiet frequently.

The place is untidy you cant read the menu for the Drive through as its been punched and damaged windows covered in what looked like ice cream days old filthy in general and staff were discourteous and unhelpful. My meal was just thrown into the takeaway box like you would serve it to an animal. Never again.

I have lived in Alice Springs for about 7 months and I have been to Red Rooster a number of times, and every time they screw up, because they go through staff like they do, I just hope they will get my order correct one day, I have complained to them about it, but they just can’t get it right. I have even tried to ring the store today and it goes to message bank

Great Red Rooster, always good hot food, one time I went the chips were cold, told the staff and they promptly gave us some fresh chips. Staff are always nice too.
