Raw Sugar, you’re so sweet! I drive past this place all the time and I’m so glad I finally drove in. This venue is so relaxed and has a really great set up with the in and outdoor seating. It was a busy Toowoomba morning for our visit but the staff were very efficient and speedy, not to mention accommodating and polite. Bagel on point and beautiful coffee! I’ll be back! Thanks for having us Raw Sugar!

Had no idea where to have lunch in Toowoomba – found Raw Sugar Cafe on Google and liked the menu. One of the specials was pan-seared salmon with roasted vegetables – it was so delicious that it would have been criminal to leave any of it uneaten, so I didn’t.

Just finished the salmon and roasted vegetables for lunch. It was delicious. A good portion of salmon, with lovely crispy skin, and a very good variety of perfectly roasted veges. I am full and happy! Very nice and courteous staff, too. Wish I lived in Toowoomba so I could get it again.

Had a lovely coffee and soup here at lunch time today. Friendly and accommodating staff and a cosy atmosphere, with the option of outdoor seating. The cabinet was well stocked and the goods appealing but I’m glad I went for the Tomato and Meatball soup. My cappuccino was pretty good, with the flavours you expect from Merlo beans. Delicious ☺️ they also had some little homewares/clothes for sale that I didn’t really peruse.

Great place to connect for work meeting. Different settings to sit in, inside with plug sockets and tables, outside under the shade of an umbrella or in the closed off outside area, sheilded from the wind with big arm chairs and couches. Extensive menu with vegetarian and Gluten Free options.

Work colleague went with a bulk order for the office. A lactose free Mocha was ordered for me, another colleague also ordered a lactose free coffee. I received a full cream mocha. Not the first time this has happened either. As someone who is lactose intolerant, this is not okay. Will never order coffee from here again.

Very good service, the cafe serves Merlo coffee which is the best. Various choices. Very good costumer service, I forgot to ask them not to reheat my savoury muffin and I was happy to pay for another one , the staff were about to charge me but the owner just replaced it for me.
