We have had takeaway from here multiple times in the past. The food was always delicious. We ordered takeaway last night for the first time in about 4 months. Very disappointing . Ordered butter chicken and palak paneer. Both dishes were extremely sweet, with very little flavour. The palak paneer sauce was bright red, the paneer was tough and stale, and the dish was missing spinach. The butter chicken sauce was also red, bland, and cloyingly sweet.

Great experience. Started off with great hospitality setting up heaters for us. Food was really good. Ordered chicken tikka and tandoori which was juicy and succulent pieces. Main was a lamb madras which was my favourite. Butter chicken was lovely too. Beef Vindaloo was good however the vinegar and chilli were overdone and overpowered the dish making it hard to taste any other spice. Also ordered plain nann which was delightful. All curries came with pulao rice and was a good accompaniment. Overall still a worthwhile experience and will return and try other dishes especially goat.

Food was great. Tasty and lamb was very tender. Set up is new and very clean. Prices are reasonable and quantity was plenty. Very busy with take aways and tables were also pretty busy given that it was a week night. Recommended!

Nice curries. Ridiculous wait times for food as takeaways. Estimated 50 minutes at time of order ballooned to beyond 75 minutes. And still waiting… The balance of quality, price and effort is not looking worth it anymore.

We love supporting local business and the food here is awesome, but tonight’s wait times for takeaway were out of control. Order in at 6.10pm, came out at 8.20pm after asking for a refund. Something needs to happen to better manage orders, over two hours is unacceptable and it appears other people were waiting even longer.
