If everyone else’s reviews are not enough…. Please do not go here. Food was average at best, the portions were horrendous and they do not allow any menu changes whatsoever. The photo below was the $24 nachos (without the extra $7 chilli beef) and the $6 coffee. The kids apple juices were a reasonable size but they were also $6. I don’t think this is just a case of paying for a tourist spot, none of the other places we checked later seemed overpriced!

Rainforest Restaurant was an absolute disappointment. The portion sizes were ridiculously small, and my chicken wrap came with a measly five chips. The nachos and calamari were equally subpar. The coffee had a funny taste, which was just the cherry on top of the disappointment.

Don’t do it! I wish I checked reviews before coming here and spending over $100 on the worst meals we’ve EVER had!! We had limited time to find somewhere to eat to get back on the sky rails in time. This is obviously the trap and the only reason people go straight in here.

I really wanna give a negative star but I couldn’t. Me and my friends waited our meals for 40 min, and the meals look like they just came out from the microwave. I ordered Asian curry and it doesn’t taste or look like Asian curry. More importantly, the price is way toooo expensive. Maybe the only pros compare to other restaurants is they got air conditioned.

Waited for 40 minutes to get our food. The food is not worth what we are paying for. 28 dollar for a plate full of chips but a few pieces of calamari fried.

The fish was hard as a rock and so dry, the chips were also dry, and the calamari was clearly from a frozen packet. I don’t think that a piece of fish should make a noise similar to a fork when you hit it against a plate. I wish I could add a video to show truly how appalling this was. For the cost of the meals (which was clearly overpriced) you would expect way more. Do not come here ever.

Visited this restaurant for the second time as I tend to not believe in first impressions. 1st time wasn’t great (March 2022) and this time was sadly much the same. Had the salt and pepper prawns – prawn covering was average. Chips were almost ok – didn’t present as fresh and hot, and little salt. The salad didn’t appear overly fresh (no crunch) and had no dressing at all – it wasn’t even offered.

We’re group of 12 people and at the very start we asked the waitress if we could split the bill and she said yes. Then we ordered some meals worth of $435 but the burgers were so dry and hard. I went to the waitress who was manager there, she was like what you want? I explained her the situation but she just gave some rude reply without providing proper help. After asking for few times she gave us some mayonnaise and I took some tomato sauce that was on the counter. She just yelled at my face. And lastly, after our meals we went to the counter to sort out bills she just said no we don’t do that. She didn’t even try to help us or explain us. She was so rude.
