It is a beautiful place with very nice views. The pizzas are excellent, one of the best we’ve eaten in Australia, I definitely recommend it. If you are looking for good pizza this is the right place. The only thing for us, the music outside was a bit loud. The rest very good.

Late August at this cosy pizza restaurant found it not too busy at this time of year, but warm and welcoming with an outside log fire. We had booked and were seated immediately. It took only 10 minutes for pizzas to arrive and drinks were already served. The pizzas were authentic Italian with a perfect crust. They were delicious and substantial. Sample bottles of all drinks are displayed with prices per glass and bottle, a clever innovation. Service was professional, the atmosphere was relaxed and there was no intrusive loud music so conversation could proceed. An enjoyable meal.

My second ever review, but I had to write it. Very disappointing right from the start. There is a sign, as you enter, saying “wait to be seated”. The waitress was standing behind the cash register and did not bother to come to us. I walked up to her and told her that we had a booking. She showed us the table, gave us the menu and said something very quickly. We went and sat down and waited for someone to take our orders. Then, realised that we had to go to the register and order it. 3 pizzas, a garlic focaccia and 2 soft drinks for $108, which included 15% public holiday surcharge. Then, the waiting time began. Waited for more than 50min. Food was served. Could not taste the garlic in the garlic focaccia. How expensive is garlic? All pizzas almost tasted the same, BREAD. Could not even taste much of the sauce. Toppings were ok. They claim it is Italian style pizzas. I think they should go to Italy and taste their pizzas.

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. I’m a very fussy diner and I could not find fault with this venue. The food was absolutely brilliant. There is certainly a liquor licence and a lovely range of high quality wines to choose from. The service was friendly, polite, and on time. The venue itself was beautiful and comfortable with a lovely, intimate atmosphere. 10/10 would eat here again.
