The pasta here was phenomenal! I grew up in Brooklyn New York and wouldn’t have expected to find some of the best pasta I’ve ever had in the heart of Byron Bay, but I did. The atmosphere is great, and with it being off the main road it feels like the perfect little get away to grab a bite to eat. Would highly recommend, and my girlfriend and I will be back before the end of our trip!

If you only get to have one meal in Byron Bay you’d be missing out to not eat here. I’ve never had better pasta anywhere in the world. The food at Puglia tastes so full… not just full with flavours but you can tell it’s full of love. Like whomever came up with these recipes is really, really passionate about spaghetti. The space is ambient and thoughtful. Everything about this place is satisfying. Also I would give up a digit for the Tiramisu to be available in Melbourne.

First night in Byron and so grateful to have found this place. Only opened a few weeks, limited menu but great value and good pasta, if not a little under seasoned for me. Also have a gluten free option. BYO with bottle shop close by. Here for a week and will definitely dine here again.
