It is a very unique restaurant with a different style menu. I have been to a lot of restaurants but none like this. The venue itself is beautifully laid out, it has a wonderful atmosphere with a very happening vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The meals are absolutely delicious. The best beef brisket I’ve had anywhere. They have the biggest whisky selection and the cocktails were amazing.

Fantastic food, such a good variety of flavour! The service was amazing, the staff were super friendly even with our big party of people, never missing a beat, always checking we were happy and stopping for a chat when they could. The music was a bit loud, but at least it was good music! And the place itself is gorgeous, a fantastic aesthetic and design. Overall an awesome experience and I’d love to visit again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The portions of food were very large and tasty. The mac n’ cheese was so creamy and the porterhouse steak was juicy and tender. Absolutely amazing! But be careful of the Nashville hot wings – they’re extremely spicy!

Absolutely amazing! We (a couple) had a good time here in Friday night. Mouthwatering food and quick preparation. I loved their brisket and jalapeno poppers. Great whisky collection. Lovely people and friendly service. It wasn’t so crowded, not sure because of the long weekend. Easily accessible location and you can find street parking or located in walking distance from Grandy. Definitely recommend and easily 5 stars!

Been trying to get out to toowoomba for Proof ever since the unfortunate closure of the windsor restaurant. Ryan was very welcoming and even through the trials proof has gone through he’s still upbeat and his passion is extremely easy to see and just flows into the food quality.
