Best ribs and wings ever! 10/10 and a huge feed. The chef is amazing and passionate. She came out and explained the sauce options that are home made and cooked over 7 hours! Meat sourced from local butcher and excellent cuts with good meat on the bones. Every bloke in 100 country miles should be in here. The ribs were succulent, tender and nicely grilled and that bourbon sauce! Wings were perfect and chrisp and the other sauce i had with the wings came with lemon chunks which worked perfectly. Last time I was here this week I had a perfectly cooked rib eye on the bone and the vegies were fresh and not over cooked which i appreciated. Nice big separate dining area with nice atmosphere. Not a craft beer establishment but plenty on tap still and the staff were all friendly and enthusiastic. Keep it up guys and I’ll see you next time I’m in town!
