Only had two dishes for sharing here. One was grilled barramundi with salad and chips. The other was garlic pesto pizza. The pizza was lovely. It was thin and crunchy. The size was small, $19. It was enough for 2 of us, even 3. Having only 3 hours hike with plenty of snacks, we weren’t really hungry. The Barra was grilled nicely, the chips was crunchy and tasty, so did the salad. $41 a plate. I had Turkish coffee here, $5, which was quite similar to other Asian’s coffee, the coffee ground on the base of your cup. Just be careful not to sip it down to the bottom. Taste wise, not much of my liking. Ambiance was chill and relaxing with indoor and outdoor seats. The restaurant has huge selection of wines and also cocktails. Would love to try one day.

What a great find from our welcome as we walked in the door to saying goodbye, we had a wonderful night out. Food was delicious and cocktails were fabulous. Service was amazing and so friendly.

This was just disappointing, the food is over priced and we were over charged because our meal didn’t reach the $50 booking deposit. We left the restaurant hungry because the food was so bad. The pizza had almost no toppings on several slices, the base tasted like it was purchased from Coles. The pasta my partner had tasted like the pasta was not cooked with any salt and the vegetables in the vegetarian pasta were as scant as the salt. I will not be back. I will not recommend to my friends. I will tell people to avoid.

We booked because they let us bring our dog to dinner. There was an outdoor gas heater and they made us feel as comfortable as possible on a mid-winter windy night. The service was warm and professional and the food arrived quickly (even though it was a busy Friday night). My creamy fettuccine with prawns was excellent. My wife’s creamy vegetable fettuccine was just OK. The kids love their vegetarian pizza. They are licenced but not BYO. A warm, stylish and welcoming restaurant on a chilly Leura night.

What a delightful restaurant! The food and cocktails were so incredibly delicious, and the decor and atmosphere were so beautiful. Not least of all was the 10/10 service – such lovely people! Highly recommend!

Such an amazing dining experience, I have lived in the blue mountains for 12 years and have never heard of the polar bear. I think this beautiful bar and restaurant should have more advertising. The food was amazing, the customer service was fantastic, they even went out of their way to make us a drink that weren’t a classic or on their menu. 10/10 recommended places to dine or to just grab a drink.

So I am sure this place is great, although we didn’t eat there. We stopped in for some lunch but nothing on the menu excited us as we just wanted something simple and not a pizza, so we decide to leave. As we were leaving the staff shouted at us all the way from the end of the ally way accusing of us of just using the bathroom.

We came for a dinner on a busy Saturday night so had to settle for an outside table which was ok by us. Staff were friendly and helpful, quickly putting the outdoor heaters on for us. Menu seems to be Italian and middle eastern influenced. We tried a few pizzas, some dips and veggies and flavours were all fairly unique and tasty. My friend had a cocktail and really enjoyed it. Pizza sizes are quite small but otherwise a good meal and experience.

Fantastic service and possibly the best pizza in the mountains! We ordered pizza for pickup as we were staying down the road in Wentworth. When I called, the guy answering said they were really busy with lots of orders, and that he’d put my two pizzas in ahead. 30 minutes later, I’m driving back with delicious pizza! Not surprised to hear they had a lot of orders, when I went in to pickup my order the place was packed. I’m keen to eat in-house next time I’m in the mountains. We ordered the Polar Bear and Of Leura pizzas – both amazing!
