Arrived at 5.30 Pm and everything was good until a Very rude Obese lady turned up. we went to the All you can eat on Monday night . The Obese woman is a regular here and was calling out rudely to the waitress demanding more pizza . The place was pretty packed , the waitress rudely told us we had to finish our 1 slice of pizza before we could get more . Then right after that she let the Obese lady have more than 1 slice at a time . you can’t have one rule for some people and another for everyone else, Namely the Fat Arrogant Lady . Half of the customers walked out in discust after they only had a few slices , as this Fat lady was very demanding and Vocal. We will never return

Best pizzas ever! Love these pizzas and will always come back for more. Had a small miscommunication with one of the pizzas delivered tonight and the staff were more than happy to fix my family up with another pizza and threw in dessert to literally sweeten the deal!

We ordered a family size pizza supreme to be delivered cost was $48. Just how much is a pizza on Sunday’s. Half cooked was disgusting and took 2 hours to go 5 ks. Never had a bad pizza from pizza inn before but this was downright awful and expensive. Shame on you pizza inn.

Since the new owner has taken over the service and attitude of the owner and the people working there I will never order anything of them again . First they can’t get there time right with there delivery and there ovens. Delivered cold and under cooked food then did not put into there computer for the replacement order. Aswell I have been ordering from them for nearly 20 years.

Our pizza delivery came and they did not ring the right number. When I rang to ask where our pizza was they were not sure where it was. After 10 minutes they found it and sent it with next deliveries. We were supposed to be first 20 minutes no pizza. We live 10 minutes from pizza inn. Rang again and said they had other orders and customers to keep happy ours is on the way. Pizza came cold and soggy. It was horrible and we spent over $100 for this service.

Ordered home delivery waited over 2hrs for the delivery. Phoned to chase it up and told it had left the store only to get a call 5 minutes later that they had messed the order up and forgotten to put the parmarsan in the boscaiola. Waited another 30mins and had to chase up again. Still waiting.
