If you want to order a pizza from this store you need to be ready to wait Double the amount of time then what the estimated time is. And no point calling them as they would just say “sorry mam” or it is on its way just to wait another 20mins.. No explanation on why the wait or apologise for being later.. or even a here is a free one next on us.. don’t bother.. rather order from Domino’s or someone local. Pizza Hut .. yet again you left me very disappointed and with a hangry family.

My elderly mother order 3 standard pizzas and a garlic bread (delivered). When the delivery guy gave me the pizzas he said it was $69.70!!! I was shocked but paid him. I called the store to make sure this was correct. They told me this was the price because we didnt ask for a deal. They had a deal for 3 pizzas, 2 sides and a 1.25L drink for much cheaper than $70. More food for much less money. I asked why they didnt let my mother know about this. They said she didnt ask. I guess they are well within their rights to not let people know about the deal. But im also well within my rights to be angry and give them 1 star. Ill never go back.

I received a rude phone call from the owner to say I’m in breach of their terms & conditions for making multiple orders for a recent deal, which is a complete lie. Cancelled all of my orders. It’s terrible pizza anyway, go to the local place up the road.

Try to do online order 2 for one deal tryed for 10 mins just keep restarting my order 4 time so l went into palmwoods store ask for the deal he said l have to do online ,l explained that the online app wouldn’t let me do it. He said he couldn’t do the deal. Very poor customer service.

For the second time of ordering it was more than 15 minutes late. Also missing the drizzle I ordered and paid for. Rang to question why and was told they could send a driver with it – pointless as pizza would be cold by time it arrived. I then asked for a refund and was told it was only a dollar! If they take only a dollar from everyone it would soon add up!

Quick service and friendly staff. Hershey cookies are the freaking best! This store has a smaller shopfront, however it has everything you’d expect. Turn around time on orders is pretty quick during busy periods.
