After attempting to order online recently we had to opt to actually make a phone order as the Pizza Hut website was slow and unusable.. After picking up our Vegetarian Pizzas we were in disbelieve to find them so greasy and completely covered with cheese we could hardly see a vegetable at all, we were trying to be half healthy choosing a veggie pizza but my arteries were telling me otherwise. We actually dropped a complaint directly to Pizza Hut to be told we would be refunded, well that was two weeks ago.. Would be nice to see a veggie pizza actually made to reflect why people would order them, I am sure we never ordered a double cheese pizza..

I live in mt barker…Ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread, a drink and a side dish. Was told 30 mins delivery. 50 mins past so i called to find out how long it would be. Then told 5 mins so we waited and nothing came. I called 20 mins later to find that i would be offered a free delivery for my next order. If i took and payed in full for my just under $55 order. I then got my wife to reject the order once it arrived during this last call and stupid offer. We will not be ordering again from this store even though it is in the same area.

Had food delivered and they forgot to include the sauce. After calling, they said they would send some out straight away. 40 minutes later and we called back and was told it was just leaving the store. 40 MINUTES TO BRING SAUCE THAT YOU FORGOT. If I could give zero stars I would.
