Served by the lovely Jess on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Came here for the fungi pizza, but was pleasantly surprised with the simple, but flavoursome margherita pizza (both with vegan cheese). Highly recommended.

One of the best on the Northern Beaches. Can get busy and hard to get a spot if not booked in advance. Pizza’s and the Linguine are amazing. My wife loves the veggie lasagna too. “Dolph Lungren” is a very happy bloke that might show up at your table with shots of Limoncello . Girls are nice and friendly too. We’re regulars.

Had a most enjoyable meal here, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food was tasty. My Mexican Pizza, really tasted Mexican and the lasagne was meaty with a perfect balance of ingredients. They even have a good choice of craft beer.

We had the most amazing Italian meal here tonight. They had a very large booking taking up most of the restaurant for a 50th birthday but still managed to serve delicious food in a timely manner. The owner appeared to be working so hard behind the scenes in the kitchen. The manager Cameron came out and chatted to check everything was ok and we were happy. Our waitress Alyssa was devine, friendly and professional, a great asset to the team. This is our second time here (first time with family, this time with friends)….we had prosciutto, pear and goats cheese to start and an a fabulous pizza for main…….reasonably priced and BYO. We can’t recommend this enough and will definitely be back. Our new fave Italian Thank you.

We dined here for my daughter’s birthday, with a group of 10 people. The whole experience was fantastic, as always. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our group was well-attended and extra drinks and food were brought out as ordered. Our group all agreed that the night was fabulous. Thank you for a great night out – we’ll be back!

Came in for dinner tonight the restraunt was absolutely under the pump, but we still had amazing service and food came out quicker than expected concidering. I tried the matador pizza and it did not let down the expectations. I have to say the best pizza I’ve discovered on the northern beaches 10/10 will be coming back her frequently.

Went to Toro Nero for the first time after lockdown and wow it was such a great experience, it has such an incredible atmosphere and ambience. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always smiling and providing excellent customer service. This place has such a great variety of delicious entrees, pizzas and pastas. It’s family friendly and the kids love it but also has a great rustic feel and is a great place for a romantic dinner for two. I had the the salt and pepper calamari & the linguine Di mare and I had strawberry and hazelnut gelato for dessert it was great authentic Italian food. They have a great range of drinks including margaritas and a great wine list along with beers and spirits.
