Ordered a cheeseburger pizza with stuffed crust. This was the monstrosity that was delivered. It looked terrible. Didn’t taste it. Couldn’t bring myself to even try to eat it. Rang to complain. Spoke to the ‘manager’ who gave me a dogey email to send photos too. I would be ashamed if this is the level of food my restaurant was producing! Absolutely disappointing. This is a consistent thing. Everytime I order from here, the quality just isn’t there.

Absolute garbage. Delivered when pizza is already cold.. more than 15mins from the time order tracker said it was delivered (real time tracker that’s not actually real). Sent the wrong drink. Large pizza they delivered was exactly 240mm in diameter (yes we measured). You barely made it to the large size according to pizza hut 10.75 inches (273.05 mm). the difference is very noticeable.

Went into the shop this past Wednesday, where there was nobody there to serve (I could hear everyone out the back talking & laughing). I waited close to 10 minutes (I called out several times) to be served, & they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to serve me, and they had trouble understanding that I was wishing to place an order (the workers there appeared to speak limited English). Food is what you’d expect of dominos, but they don’t answer their phone, meaning if there’s some kind of issue with the order due to the badly designed website, there’s no way they can correct it. They call you back 20 minutes later and say “oh I’m sorry we can’t change your order now it’s already at your door”
