Everytime I order from this Pizza Hut they mess up the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. “No pineapple”, they put pineapple. I pay for extra mushroom, I get zero, order supreme, no capsicum. Used to order from here because we preferred the crust and kept hoping they would finally get it right. Time to go back to Domino’s!

They’re either understaffed or saving money by making the cook also the counter person as I stood in the store for 10 minutes before anyone walked out the front. They were having a good laugh out the back though. Also great touch making the front of store a make shift storage cupboard with about 20 boxes of softfrink all over the place half opened oh and my order it was 20 minutes behind as well the bar is so low these days

Have been coming here all 2023 because the Olsen Ave Dominos stuffed up every single order and even the replacement orders. I Wish i had just come here the first time. Every pizza has been loaded with ingredients and received within the time frame. Only once have we had a slightly over cooked one…seemed extra burnt but still nice & edible. When we add or remove ingredients they have always been correct.

This would have to be the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! When I ordered it notified me that it would be 40 minutes for delivery. 1 hour and 15 minutes my order showed up and when I opened the boxes the pizzas had hardly any real topping on them. Any topping that was on the pizzas was all in the middle and my order was stone cold! They were tasteless and although I paid for extra topping on the Supreme pizza the ingredients were very thin. Extremely disappointing as Pizza Hut used to be the best pizzas back in the day! I would not recommend this place to anyone, go to Dominos across the road, at least they turn up with your order on time and their pizzas have topping on them and they are tasty!

Order #264758060 monday night. Ordered a supreme, a meatlovers and veggie sensation. The veggie pizza ended up being pulled pork covered in bbq sauce.had to wnd up cooking my own meal. Ended up really sick from eating one slice of the pizza. I hadnt eaten meat in 5 yrs until this. They also did not send our 1.25 ltr rasberry fanta. Contacted menu log they did nothing. Terrible and untrustworthy service.i wont be going there again.

Nice little pizza shop at Ashmore. Like any other Pizza Hut this outlet also offers the same menu. There are few tables inside and outside the shop for dine in. Parking in front of the shop is limited, but it is not a problem as ample parking is available nearby. Friendly staff who will get your order in time.
