I had a truly frustrating experience when I decided to order pizza online. I patiently waited for a staggering two hours, only to realize that the restaurant had absolutely no record of my order. It’s understandable that delays can happen, but not having any evidence of my order was simply ridiculous. To make matters worse, I was already $60 poorer due to this ordeal. The most appalling part is that I have to wait for three whole days to get my money back. This kind of service is absolutely disgusting.

Every time we try this place there is always problems, which is SUCH a shame because the pizza’s are great. Tonight was too bad to look past. Got there on time for pick up. Pizzas were sitting out ready and I noticed we were one short. Let them know and they checked the receipt and noticed the error… said it would be another 7-8 minute wait. Fine. Mistakes happen. All good. No apology though, which seemed odd. Male staff member made the missed pizza then, as they handed them over, I noticed they’d also missed a garlic bread. No idea why they didn’t check the receipt after their first error, but staff just seemed more annoyed than apologetic that they had to fix a second mistake. Male staff member finally handed the complete order over the counter. No apology for the wait or the mistakes, just a passive aggressive count of the order like it was our fault they’d got our order wrong. Twice. Got home. Toppings missing from the vegan royales and you could tell the missed pizza was rushed as the toppings were scant. The other 3 pizzas were cold from the wait of the mistakes. So disappointing.

Placed an online order at 6:45pm estimated time 60 mins for delivery, at 8pm called and asked if they weren’t far away, but the person on phone said they where having a problem with drivers and it was only just going in the oven, called three times at 8:45 and no answer, driver finally arrived at 9:15, most of the food was nearly room temperature and the driver said he left the store at 8:30, still tastes great, love the food but seriously TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Do they only look after their customers dining in store or pickups? A courtesy call to say they where having problems with drivers would have been great, this is why we enter our phone numbers in right ? The person on the phone said they where only just putting it in the oven 1.5 hrs later, is that because they know they driver wont be back for a while?, GET MORE DRIVERS, stop treating your delivery customers like trash and a bonus to the profit for the night, clearly there is an issue with delivery with all the other reviews.. Unfortunately I wont be returning. Also don’t bother replying and saying you will be contact with the store / manager because clearly this isn’t happening and hasn’t been resolved for years going off older reviews.

Hi ordered pizza tonight was told 35 mins. Pick up was my way Got there told 15 more mins. 15 mins past another 10mins sir. 45mins later still waiting. I said something to the person behind the counter I am still waiting for my order. Oh the football is on I was told (no excuse).Every Friday night is football. Finally I got my pizzas. Terrible service waiting time disgusting as to the time told on phone. I have come to Crust to get better pizzas away from Dominoes. Staff should inform customers if their is a wait time then the estimated time should be produced or money back or voucher for next time offered. Small children waiting. Not good enough

Only posting after ongoing problems with orders. We know delivery times are totally inaccurate and we ALWAYS end up waiting hours for delivery, so tonight I ordered at 5pm, asking for a 7.15pm delivery. 7.45pm, still no pizza and just got off the phone with staff, who said the pizza was still in the oven, and it would be maybe another 15 minutes. Who knows if that really is the case, we’ve been told similar every time and then the pizza is luke warm when it arrives (I am guessing the pizza is never in the oven when I call, more like the pizza has been sitting there and the driver hasn’t gotten around to it yet).

Placed an order and went to pick it up only to realise that the order was wrong. Attitude from the staff was appalling. The other half of my order sat atop an oven while the missing portion was re made. It doesn’t take a University degree to make a pizza. Do better.

I encourage to think very carefully before ordering here ordered online waited 1 hour 45 mins no delivery then called the girl said it was out for delivery then I waited another 30mins and called back and apparently it was delivered to the wrong address and that same girl wasn’t sure how to refund me I asked to speak to the manager and she said they call but still no call I’d be embarrassed to own this franchise looking at other ppls experience with mine
