Michael is very rude and has got zero knowledge about the customer service and hospitality. I don’t know on what basis he became manager, as per him he is manager but I don’t think so because he doesn’t have any quality of being manager. He don’t know English, don’t know how to talk to people and how to handle a customer query . OMG first ever seen that kind of crazy moody manager who has total negative attitude and very aggressive . They have been always serving us wrong pizza , this evening they gave us beef sausage pizza in place of chicken supreme . When we approached and complained about this repeated mistake, Michael statutes shouting and telling to not to order with Pizza Hut if you don’t like the way we serve and we talk . This is the way we handle customer query , complaint and service . OMG, this is too much , never seen such kind of behavior from Pizza Hut and same kind of service

They always serve wrong order and tjey always prepare differently. No consistency in the food, quality sucks. When you make a complaint, no one listens. Staffs altitude is far better than manager Michael, whonhad no clue at all about handling a guest’s complaint and query. Its not a professional outlet, qualiry of food has got no consistency, service sucks . Dont dine or take away from this aloce spring branch. This place has got no customer service at all. They will serve you pork if you order chicken, beef if you order veggie,. They dont cate at all for your religion and your belief. Morever if you would like to complain, they have got a shift manager called michael who just hate complaint, and the way he will talk to you , OMG you cajt believe , just go and handle that guy . New to the area and didn’t think to check the reviews before hand. 30 minutes after placing my delivery order the tracking showed that my order hasn’t even begun to be made. I called the store to cancel and sat on hold for 10 minutes before getting through to someone, apparently at a completely different store. They told me they’d been getting many calls from the Alice Springs store because the store couldn’t be bothered answering the phone. All they could do was send a message through to the store requesting the order be cancelled, and I was just left with a possible “they will contact you” and no way to get my money back. I’ll update with the resolution but I’m not hopeful looking at these reviews and will be filing a dispute with my bank if my order is not cancelled and fully refunded. What a scam of a business.

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery via the website, they never arrived and didn’t get a call to say there was a problem. So after waiting too long called them and was on hold for half an hour, it was getting late so I had to make the family a meal, which I didn’t want to do, hence I had ordered pizza. Called the next day to get a refund and they took my details, but still haven’t heard anything back after 2 weeks and a few more emails to see what was happening. First time I have had anything this bad happen with a food delivery order.
