We walked in off the street without a reservation and we were seated comfortably within a minute. Great service from our waiter who asked us on several occasions if everything was to our liking. Well it certainly was. I had linguine with seafood, and my wife had the cauliflower steaks with a great dressing, followed with a dessert, I had the Affogato with almond liqueur. I would not say best in Aus like other people because I havent tried every pizza shop. But i do like pizza from Bella. Only 1 size. $23.81. Just right portion for adult. Take away. Crusty thin base, right amount of topping or little less than my liking. But good pizza. Really enjoyed.

Believe me Bella Alice has best pizzas in Australia. When traveling around, pizza takeaway is so handy for tourists. I did try lots pizzas previously. Pizza here is amazing, the crust is sooooo good. Try the very basic garlic pizza as starter, you will love it. The ones with fancy topping are even better. But I did have garlic pizza for a few dinners and breakfast. The pizza still tastes great after warning up in toaster next morning. The octopus is so tender and filled with flavor. The pasta is good too but not as impressive as pizza. We had takeaway first and went for dine in next day. The staffs are very nice. Kids on the street can be naughty, but the staffs know how to handle it decently.

Very tasty food and excellent ambiance in the outdoor section of this restaurant. The Pizza oven puts out some amazing aromas and the gnocchi is exceptional. We dined here twice during a 4 night stay in Alice and enjoyed both meals. On a Friday night we did have to wait almost 15mins to be seated (no reservation) and the meals took an hour to come out. Several patrons around us appeared to be less than impressed with the slow service. Whilst this was a little unexpected, and slightly disappointing; it was apparently an ‘unusually busy’ Friday night as we were told by the waiter. We went back again on a Sunday for dinner and had a much more enjoyable and expected experience with the same delicious food but much faster this time. Service was acceptable but our main meals did come out 5mins apart on both occasions which was a little disappointing (I’m still old school and won’t start until all meals have been served). Food price is fair and drinks prices are a little on the $$$ side.

Nice outdoor seating area with vines where you can enjoy the smell of the wood fired oven while you wait. Pepperoni and cheese pizza was good, but the middles were really soggy. The Hawaiian was disappointing as it was both soggy and used canned pineapple. The water being served in a bottle is tap water and is very apparent by the taste. The Semifreddo was ok. Not much for beer selection.

We thought about Italian pizza and pasta the whole Larapinta Trail. Bella Alice really hit the spot. It was busy on a Thursday night but the staff did really well considering. The pizza was AMAZING. The pasta was delicious, but I wish I’d gotten a second pizza instead of one of each (we were really hungry after only eating dehydrated meals). Also great value for money
