Got a few platters. Cookies great. Subs great. Although the order was for 08:30am and there was only one staff member on which made prepping order late by around 30 minutes… and while doing our order, couldn’t serve anyone else… so maybe some improvement needed there. Thanks to her though for getting through it so well. 🙂

For the last couple of nights my family and I have decided on our local subway, coolum, The first night we ordered over $50 worth and these young girls have not been shown how too put a sandwich together. If you ask for avocado, you don’t make the sandwich them layer it right on top. It all ended up over the wrapping. One of the staff members saw the larger order, handed it on and walked out. The other young girl didn’t look happy. The next day we decided let’s have another try. Surely it won’t be like that again. So we ordered our meals again via the app, and walked in, we were greeted too staff members holding a receipt saying (who orders $52 dollars worth of subway) my family and I were in shock. They didn’t no it was us. I said Hay that’s our familys order. Very rude in my books. As my footlong was being made, I noticed hold on hold on as she was about too slice it and bag it. Were is my meat. She looked at me and looked at the receipt and said opps I’m so sorry and just placed it in a line on top of everything, I told her don’t bother slicing it just wrap it up as much as you can. I’ll go home and do it myself. Then my lady got a large salad bowl and it’s was disappointing, small not a large, now if we didn’t walk in straight after we ordered we would of gone home and been very disappointed and had too go all the way back. Not cool coolum subway. Especially when you have paid over $100 in two afternoons.

Staff here are very unprofessional. We have ordered from here to collect on multiple occasions and not once has the order ever been ready. More often than not they had not even started the order until we arrived to pick it up and we had to then wait around for half an hour whilst they made it. The staff then spent time talking amongst themselves too busy socialising instead of preparing the order. This happens all the time here. Such a simple task yet for Subway Coolum it seems so difficult. Very incapable and very clear that management and the owners have absolutely no idea how to run a customer service based business.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere. Business is about reciprocity: the least you can do is smile while you take my money. If it’s the same owner as before, lovely South African gentleman, I would encourage him to fix the culture in his store.
