I specifically asked for no ham on my pizza due to me being Muslim and it’s against my religion. I asked for a bbq pizza specifically saying NO HAM and they still managed to put ham on my pizza. I asked them to re make me one but they said that I had to pay for a new one. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed

This is without question one of the best pizza pasta places north of Adelaide if not all of Adelaide. I went to pick up pizzas for my friend’s party. I was late . I asked the guy for hot case so that pizzas can stay hot for some time and while he was explaining to me why he can not give it , another staff interrupted and said that you had a delivery. I told him that I am picking up and it is not delivery. He was very rude and his tone was very bossy.( May be he is the boss) I told him that he should talk respectfully. He did not apologise for his rudeness, did not apologise for interruption. Very rude customer skills and no apologies.
