It was a very busy breakfast time, all tables taken. Maybe that is why the eggs were hardboiled instead of poached. Also, our dietary request was mixed up. Coffee was decent

Good quality patties used in burgers, nice orange cake and good piccolo here. Lack of attention to customer service (slow and indifferent). I am also disappointed they charge $2 for Aoli sauce. A bit aggressive marketing wise and I don’t think it is necessary

We are in Bathurst for the weekend from qld and came across piccolos for breakfast. Highly recommend. Coffee was spot on. Service was polite and quick. Food came out very quickly even though they were busy. We had avoided smash which was perfect. Scrambled eggs with bacon and mushrooms. Everything cooked well and good size meal

No doubt the best place for breakfast in the area. Being a big groups we tried different options and all were perfectly cooked and delicious. If you like something not quite usual try The Lumberjack – a combination of sweet Belgium waffle with maple syrup and savory beacon with eggs. Very tasty . Special good words for cute country style surroundings . And a very special thank you to Andy for exceptional service
