We turn simple cuts of meat into things of beauty. Using our Yoder Smoker from Kansas we gently add perfumed smoke and cook our meats low and slow. This is a tricky review. I ordered from this place two nights in a row on uber while staying Bathurst for a trip. The first night, the food was insanely good. The roll that I got was delicious and everything came fairly quick. The second night, the food came 2hrs after I ordered (1.5hrs after the predicted arrival). The restaurant delivers the food themselves, and it is extremely difficult to get an updated arrival time from them. While I do empathise that it was Origin night, they were probably very busy and hence food may be late, the delivery time was not the only issue. The food came cold. The chicken schnitzel was pretty much inedible as it was cold and almost stale. The taco I recieved was cold as well.

Stopping into B-Town BBQ is a must, you’ll be impressed by the brisket, pork ribs and pulled pork as well as a play area just like home with dolls house, toys, blocks & jigsaw for the kids. You’ll also like the many pockets of rooms to sit in & have a nice cold drink.

Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. The waiter saw that we have young kids and offered us a space on the balcony. There’s a kids play area out on the balcony. We shared a platter and salad and the kids had their own meals. Very generous portions too. Thank you for such a great experience. You gave some harried parents a much needed break.

Cool spot and atmosphere, but as a BBQ and smoked meats fan, I found the food a little underwhelming. Brisket slices were quite thick and dry and lacked any real smoke flavour. The chicken thighs were nice and juicy but again, seemed to lack in flavour. My favourite dish was the beans and I quite enjoyed them. All in all, not a bad experience and may give it another shot if I’m ever passing through town.

Couldn’t rate this place high enough. We had a booking for 25 people at a different establishment which was cancelled by them an hour before we arrived. Quick call to B Town BBQ and it was all sorted, the staff were amazing and managed to squeeze us in. Food was delicious, amazing BBQ meats. Staff were awesome, accommodated whatever we needed and were a good laugh. We ended up going back the next 2 x nights, including another last minute big group booking. Great job guys!
