It claims to be Legendary Vietnamese Noodle Soup, but unfortunately, that may be an overstatement. Tried their rare beef and beef ribs pho, they are nice and hot, which was nice on a cold day, but the soup base lack the typical aromatic taste. It was basically just a bit salty soup with faint aromatics flavors. The noodle was nice but there were clumps of it in my soup.

Really good pho place. The broth was a little too salty but the depth of flavour and noodle texture was spot on as well as the brisket. Very soft and tender. Definitely a good spot for pho especially in the city.

Great fresh pho! Had the brisket so fresh! Great flavour will be back! They need help with staff but the gentleman was lovely… and very positive as they were getting slammed with customers! The chicken & prawn spring rolls were great too!

They have mince rare beef pho! Just like the one I had when I was a kid, I haven’t seen this dish in Australia at all! The mince wasn’t normal beef mince, it’s rare beef filet being extra diced to give it a more tender texture. The broth is so flavorful and amazing. good price for such a location right in the CBD

Very generous portion here. They only have Pho and spring rolls for meal options here with a few iconic Vietnamese drinks like Iced condensed milk coffee. I ordered braised beef red wine pho (phở bò sốt vang) since it’s usually North Vietnam dish rather than served as South Vietnam dish like this (the basic difference between North and South Pho is the add-on vegetable and sauces). It tasted pretty well with some herbs and bean sprouts in the broth). The meat were very generous and abundant in the bowl. Feel like a big meal for just one portion.
