We ordered two flat whites at this coffee shop. Unfortunately, the coffee had a rather unpleasant taste and was certainly overpriced given its quality. To be frank, if you find yourself in need of a caffeine fix, you might be better served by a sachet of instant coffee and some hot water.

Absolutely terrible. A trap for overpriced, under quality food. A trap for visitors and patients who have no other choice. The bagels and sandwiches were around $14 each takeaway in a paper bag and were bland and very brief in their fillings. Customer service was terrible, not a pleasant exchange with any of the staff there.

How terribly rude is the man making coffee. I made the HUGE mistake of asking ” is your coffee strong”. Boy oh Boy he launched!!! a verbal attack. I was almost in tears, I had my friend with me who last week was told he has Stage 4 lung cancer, we were at the hospital for him to have a Biopsy. So not an already happy time for us however we were glad to be at hospital to start a journey of healthcare, and this ariogant Bulley ruined our otherwise positive thoughts. Thanks Mate. ( Mate, Australian for Friend) and you Sir will Never be anyone’s Mate with that attitude to customers.

Bad bad bad coffee. I ordered a few times as it was the only place to get a coffee at the hospital and only once was served a decent coffee made by a male working there. The rest of times it went in the bin.
