Absolutely smashed a salmon and avo today, tasted fantastic 10/10. Lady that served me was all smiles and personally made me a selection box even when they had sold out the customer before me.

I ordered the sushi bowl and as I tapped my card to pay noticed the young lady over charged me by $2 but the payment had already gone through. When I told her she rolled her eyes and just looked at me. She then proceeded to say in a very rude voice “ payments had already gone through”. I then said but you have over charged me by $2 and I would like my $2 refunded back please. She then stormed off like a 12 yr old spoilt brat. Slammed buttons on the register like a mad woman, and proceeded to almost throw the $2 at me. With service like that I have taken my business elsewhere. And I hope others do too.

Absolutely disgraceful “customer service “…. Came to buy at least $40.00 worth of sushi today, no one except me was waiting to be served, young man was out the back but near the opening to the counter and talking to a woman cleaning up, he looked directly at me, saw me and as I was about to speak to him about my order, he turned away and started talking again to the woman cleaning out back and completely ignoring me. So I left without giving you a sale.

Totally disappointed in the customer service here. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and was stared down by two of the most unenthusiastic people I’ve seen, one on her phone and the other standing there staring without the curtesy to even greet me. Very likely won’t bother shopping here again.
