Great food, its always tasty and very reasonably priced for the amount you get. I have ordered online and walked in to order in person. I find that ordering online or by phone is the best way to order and giving them 30 mins to cook is the best. They only have one cook doing all the cooking and when its busy be prepared to wait 30 mins or more if you walk in and order. But they are cooked fresh and they have always tasted great for us. I love to get the honey chicken, the sweet and sour pork and combination noodle. Highly recommend for takeaway.

My family have found the takeaway food from Papa’s Rich to be very good for many years. We probably buy on average about 15 to 20 times a year and are always pleased that the quality is consistent. There are tables there but it is not very inviting for dining in meals. I guess they’re happy with mainly doing takeaway.

Have ordered online, called to ordered and walked in. I feel like they are all dealt the same. App says ready and only being cooked when I arrive, told on phone 20mins and again only being cooked when I arrived, order when I walk in and then I’m probably waiting 40 mins. Not very organised.

Only one guy in the kitchen so wait times are generally higher (a pizza is ready faster), however knowing this ordering ahead online is the best mitigation to this issue since the food you will receive is really top notch
