Been going here for some 18 months and until recently would have given five stars. But my last two visits have been disappointing. — fantastic fish but very poor chips. They had either been overcooked, or heated up from a previous cooking. Because the shop is just around the corner I’ll give them one more go, but that’s all.

I would say this is a pretty average fish and chip place. I’ve definitely had better but for a quick take out meal it’s good, the staff are quite friendly and the service is quick.The fish usually have a lot of batter which I personally don’t like too much, small chips can feed 3 people and the price is great.
