Had to update my review. Service now is amazing! Pacino’s had a bit of a reputation for grumpy service, but no more. So helpful and friendly! The food is amazing!! Try the char-grilled octopus. The marinara pasta with a tomato base is delicious too. Good range of wines. Highly recommend!

Waiting time for food is rather long during dinner hours, but pasta is authentic and service is on-par with other restaurants. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the vicinity, with both indoor and al fresco dining. Price point is on the steep side but value for money. Be sure to make reservations to avoid disappointment.

Excellent service by the serving staff, very prompt and helpful. We had the the Chargrilled Octopus as Entree, Spaghetti Meatballs and Sweet Potato Gnocchi. The Chargrilled Octopus was lovely and soft with a slight crunch. It was serviced with a tomato sauce and rocket and lime. Over all it was quite nice but lacking a punch to it.

Mains were OK without being outstanding. Lacked a little authenticity in flavours with the Carbonara. Really enjoyed the bruscetta as a starter, in particular the olive tapenade. Great service and atmosphere for a busy midweek night.

Had the sweet potato gnocchi and it was so dissapointing for an italian place. Was so raw and doughy basically inedible. Staff also lacked basic customer service skills. Garlic bread was delicious though ♀️

The food was so good, we decided to go back the next night. The experience was great on both occasions, as the quality of food and service was above par on both nights. Very enjoyable and fresh, everything was made and presented extremely well. Portions were generous and the flavors were definitely authentic Italian. Very enjoyable and would recommend a visit.

Pacino’s is a fantastic Italian restaurant in Rockhampton. If you love Italian food, then you will love Pacino’s. The restaurant theam is simply perfect, very authentic Italian style. You will feel like you are actually in Italy whilst you relish in your ravioli, linguine, or whatever your desired Italian taste is. The service of the staff was great and the quality of the dishes was exceptional. Price also was quite fare. My darling Wife and I paid $178, and that was for our chosen dishes drinks, a bottle of Italian inspired wine from South Australia, and gorgeous desserts. It was certainly an unforgettable experience and well worth the cost.
