Best slow cooked beef cheeks I’ve ever had, friendly staff and great atmosphere would highly recommend hosting an dinner here. Vegan, veg, meat and nut free options available on the menu as of the date of posing this.

Great little bar with an awesome vibe for a chill end-of-week drink. Frozen cocktails and tap beers at a great price during happy hour. Service is fast and staff are very friendly. Free pool table sometimes (depends if it’s booked out by the adjacent Air BnB). Great vibe too, regarding both the venue and staff. Partner and I come here regularly to cheer up and chill out

Pacifico is an amazing little bar! The atmosphere is great, there’s free pool when the table isn’t booked out, they do happy hour and discounted buffalo wings Thursday-Saturday from 4-6pm (which includes their cocktails) and the staff are all really lovely. I 100% recommend this place to everyone.

We found this awesome little place on Happy Cow. Wish we’d found it earlier on our visit to Cairns. While they only have a couple of vegan mains options, the quesadilla is yummy. The service was nice and genuinely friendly too, which is really nice to come across these days. Would definitely come back – cheers 🙂

Fantastic food, good beer and good parties! The staff are keen for a good yarn. Always worth a stop in for tasty cocktails. It’s a great little spot in Cairns.

The Pacifico is the friendliest bar I visited in Cairns, you can go eat and drink with your friends or family but also meet people there, either customers or even workers, they are incredible and they’re really good listeners, they take time for you which is rare !

A year ago I ate at Pacifico and informed the wait staff of my anaphylaxis to nuts. When I ordered the fish tacos we reminded them of my allergy again as the menu didn’t specify nuts in the meal. The fish taco came out with crushed peanuts in the salad and without knowing I had some and ended up in critical condition in hospital. I was informed by the manager I would be offered a refund, a free meal and the menu would be updated to include allergens. We decided to go back for a ginger beer 2 weeks ago and was utterly disappointed. We walked in and were ignored by the staff even though the restaurant was pretty much empty. We ordered our drinks and were informed there was no gas for the tap beers. When ordering our food we were then informed we couldn’t order the burger as they’d run out of that too. The staff informed us that two people had left that night and the chef was angry so they were under pressure. As customers we could hear the chef ringing the bell excessively when a meal was ready and it was an unsettling experience. The food took a long time to come out and it was clear that the staff were not enjoying themselves. The drink selection was very commercial compared to the tap beers they advertise. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all if you have allergies or are looking for a relaxing environment for dinner and drinks. This place was definitely better when it was green ant cantina.
