Liked it. Had not been for many years. Apparently has new operators who seemed to know what they were about , seasoned campaigners was my impression. Food was very nice (both had Ceasar Salad with prawns and a bowl of fries) but took a while to arrive given that the venue appeared only about half full. Just turned up and were able to get a spot (probably lucky). We had our dog which was no problem. Short wine offering but we enjoyed what we chose. Good table service from nice young guy who seemed to be trying hard. Overall a nice lunch outdoors. Would go back.

Loved this pub filled with so much history. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere with lots of outdoor beer garden tables – great vibe and an awesome spot for an afternoon gathering with friends. The food servings were huge and so delicious and tasty – such great value. Brad the owner was lovely and also gave us a list of other places to visit in the area. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
