Shout-out to Zac for exceptional customer service!! The food is absolutely delicious and quick! Ordered the chicken tenders meal, a chicken rappa meal and upsized one of the chips. Best tenders I’ve ever had, and the chips are so good, with or without dip. Just up the road from me, so very conveniently located. It wasn’t busy, pretty chill atmosphere and got served by Zac who was friendly and patient. Being my first time eating at Oporto, I had some questions and he answered them all. I asked for extra salt and he stepped it up by offering some chicken salt seasoning which I was super impressed about. He went above and beyond so I really appreciate that. 10/10 would return for more and highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time the young indian girl at the counter has messed up our order. I specifically asked and made it crystal clear I wanted triple pattie and chilli sauce. It’s not difficult She just refuses to listen. Stop being in a daze. The bread buns are also stale and chicken dry. Harbour town oportos is a lot more consistent. Let’s not mention Sydney oportos…it’s not even a comparison.

I’ve been going here about once a week for the past couple of months and never had a problem until this past sunday night. I ordered a full chicken feast and triple oprego burger. The chicken was fine but the burger was inedible, absolutely disgusting. Half of the chicken paties were cold the other half over cooked and stale. Couldnt eat, if you can’t have consistent quality in your meals expect to lose customers. Your incompetent/ lazy staff working there this Sunday night are costing you business.

Ordered 5 Halloumi and chicken burgers they all came without Halloumi cheese. The chicken was tough, salad not fresh the fries were good. Used to love ordering from Oporto but this experience has changed my mind for the future.
