Chicken is dry, no any nice taste – used to be juicy and full of flavour. Mexican salad is disgusting. Chopped tomatoes, mostly chopped from day before, no seasoning, no oil. How it is possible to eat it. Sent all of it to rubbish bin. Food became terrible, not recommending to go there , because nothing except disappointment will be recieved.

Went through the drive thru at lunch time and was met with disgusting attitude. We placed our order with no relish on a burger. When we asked what was remaining on the burger due to dietary requirements we were met with a high sigh from the order taker and he proceeded to effectively yell the order back, then asked “is that it”. When brought to the manager on shift she laughed. After following up in store she had denied this, and told me she couldn’t supply an email to a licensee, a store name or number or any other “documents”. oporto Penrith is usually relatively good, the only problem is that when I order the bondi wrap sometimes the chicken is cooked a little to much which takes away Oporto chickens signature taste other than that good customer service, not a long wait time and value for money

3 times is supposed to be lucky but unfortunately my 3rd visit was still a disappointment. Have asked 3 time for very light chilli on my burger and they always slap a heap on. This time my burger bun wasn’t fresh. Use to love coming to Oporto’s but it is becoming a bad experience. Staff seem distracted, taking up the seating playing on there mobile phones with the volume up loud.
