Tonight’s experience would have to be the worst. Don’t frequent this store much due to their usually slow service, even if using the in-store touch screen, it’s still slow. Went in tonight and it wasn’t as busy as usual and could see at least 12 staff (usually only a hand full on previous visits). Ordered the various meals and thought tonight was going to be quicker with all the staff on! WRONG!! Was even slower and many of the young staff chatting and standing around, every now and then would place drinks on the front counter. No motivation in most of them too!

Probably one of the worst repeated drive-thru experiences. More often than not, items are left out of the bag, or wrong. We have had to make it a habit of pulling up in the carpark to check the bag to make sure we have everything we have paid for.

Went here at the weekend and was shocked at how ridiculous this place is! Young girl at the counter didnt seem to know where she was or what to do and left customers standing at the till for ages waiting to order, she had to be told they were there.. Waited at least 20 minutes on our food which was sitting infront of us for most of that time waiting to be bagged by front staff. Got handed our food without a hot chocolate i ordered so waiting another few minutes until that was made went to the table took a mouthful of not even lukewarm hot chocolate…. Luckily the assistant manager knew how to make another one and done it properly this time… They were out of ketchup, unbelievably slow and not very friendly.. We received no apology either! Will avoid in future at all costs……

I came in a few weeks ago and used the self serve registers and while I was waiting for my food I heard one of the managers (Amanda) speaking to the staff terribly. I could not believe the way she was talking down to her staff who appeared to be young and voiceless. Seeing as she looked to be between 30-40yrs she would know how to be respectful of her staff. I will not come here again.

Hungry Jacks is probably one of my favourite fast food places but every time they ruin the order without fail, particularly the Penrith one. Something is always missing or at least not at all what I ordered. This time spent upwards of $80 yet they can’t even read and carry out the order. Oh, also forgot, probably the tenth time consecutively that they’ve forgotten straws. Who knew such a menial task could be botched on every single occasion where I’ve ordered there.

I ordered a large iced oat vanilla latte with an extra shot of vanilla syrup. i watch the young lady who goes by the name alyssa make it & there was almost no vanilla in the syrup bottle & put less than one pump in my coffee considering i asked for an extra pump. coming from a baristas point of view i will probably just stick to making my own. i had to end up asking one of the other workers to put in another pump of a different considering she couldn’t have the decency to let me know that she was out of vanilla syrup (if that was the case). otherwise could’ve opened up another bottle.

Solid and universal hungry jacks experience. The food is like what you would get at any other hungry jacks and the service was average. Got what I ordered which is nice. Onion rings were crispy but a tad oily. Overall good stuff!
