Food is different from the regular options for fast food chicken and a pleasant change. Do read the board correctly as things can be different such as BBQ sauce on Chicken and Cheese burger is standard so gotta request the change. Service was as you’d expect for young people running a place and they were very polite and friendly. Overall good for a change. The fake plants around head height on the seats need to be fixed up so they don’t stab you in the back of the head. May have to have a chat with management about that as the front of house staff aren’t able to change things since the last time we asked.

Was absolutely appalled to hear management yelling and swearing at staff members while waiting for an order. So inappropriate and unprofessional. I will not be returning, I’ll also be making a complaint to head office so hopefully no other staff member can be treated poorly by the franchisees.

Bondi burger, crumb on chicken was mushy, the sauce had also made the bun soggy, overall very soggy and mushy burger, i have had these before from other locations and are always good, this tripple bondi burger was very dissappointing.

I brought 3 meals tonight for my children and myself from the Greenhills store. All 3 meals were disgusting. The chips were cold and soggy as were the wrap and burger that I purchased. The chicken strips were burnt. The 3 meals cost me over $40. Oporto is usually our go to especially the Rutherford store but I will never be purchasing from the Greenhills store again
