Ordered a burger for my kid, specifically told them no chilli. It even has an X next to chilli on the receipt, took it back and was told that I asked for chilli and a lady (maybe the manager who knows?) said she heard me order from the kitchen (?) and I said chilli. I mean it even says no chilli on the receipt, why are you arguing with me? Such terrible service.

Today, I ordered a halloumi and chicken wrap large meal and another halloumi and chicken wrap because I was extra hungry. One of the wraps was perfect like usual; however, the other was not properly wrapped which made the wrap fall out of its packaging and onto the public table which I don’t know if it was cleaned by the centre staff. The wrap itself also had holes and was falling out. On the other hand, the chips were fresh, crispy and hot like always.
