Today at 2:40pm, we went there to have a sit and eat as a family. They were cleaning the floor with a terrible smell of detergent. We couldn’t stay there and decided to not order anything and leave. What a shame, I used to love there! There smell like hospitals…really disappointing!

Went to oliver brown to have breakfast today with my family. Got served by a Asian girl at the counter so rudely. Just left and went to leaf Cafe and got served by beautiful staff today. I asked for the tables at the back and went and checked, and it was available but rudely got told that the table the staff is offering is the only one available for my family. When I turned around she was laughing with another staff after speaking to us rudely.

Came back here because we were very happy with our first experience at Oliver Brown. This time was a little dissapointing….. we waited for 55minutes for our food to come out. Sausage was warm but dry;hash browns were slightly overcooked; baked beans, bacon and toast were cold. After i approached the staff, they advised that it will be out in a few minutes. Got offered a complimentary coffee for our wait. We were advised as the food came out that there was a lenghty wait because of a large order before us.

First experience of savoury meals at Oliver Brown and honestly they did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The savoury crapes have to be the best thing in the menu. A great way to have a cheeky healthy treat. The sweets were well present except the candle kept going off so we couldn’t keep our chocolate warm enough. So they had to keep coming back to light it. Other than that pretty good food. The waiters however were very disengaged. Once we ordered they kind of left us alone. We would have to go back to the till to get their attention. I would suggest paying more attention to your customers.

If you are looking for a sweet buzz then definitely try out this place. The staff are nice and friendly. The person serving was patient and helpful and the guys taking the food out are nice and polite. The hot hot chocolate is nice and sweet. The churro with chocolate dipping sauce and icecream was very nice. Will definitely be coming back.
