Fair price for the amount of food. The size of food is as the picture shows. The yakitori is $4.5, gyoza $2/ea, and okonomiyaki about $6. Taste of food is medium among Japanese restaurant in Melbourne.

I usually get the yakisoba here and recently it hasn’t been as good as it was a couple of years ago. The cabbage to noodles ratio is uneven. It’s too salty, and the cabbage tastes oily. The prices of the drinks are also way too high.

Was served rotten vegetables. Tasted pretty bad, no seasoning either. I had already travelled too far to get a refund sadly. On top of that it was $13.50 for a little container of just old veggies and tofu. Very regretful purchase.

In the food court on level 2 of Melbourne Central. Japanese food including sushi on display and so served ultra fast. There are also other options available to order. These are pictured on a display board. I just had a quick snack which was good, but that makes a detailed rating hard to do. There is a 10 cent surcharge on some orders paid by credit card. Service was helpful and they made an effort to describe the food.

Ordered a bento and gave me the wrong food. The lady at the counter wasn’t helpful to sort things instead she told me off that next time clarify my order. I know what I want and I know what I ordered and that was wrong she gave me. Such a very bad service.

I just bought two large o-bentos and I must say that the food and the customer service were terrible, I particularly liked coming to this place for the food, but today what a disappointment, in addition to the fact that the people who serve are very unfriendly . I believe that saying hello is not denied to anyone and from there everything goes wrong!
