Virtually zero vegitables, 5% meat and 95% noodles. Prawn Crackers still had solid uncooked parts. And every one of 8 dumplings burnt to black. Zero attention to detail. Forget lack of vegetables etc, to serve Black Burnt Dumplings only shows this place doesnt give a F@#$ what they serve. Fair enough something gets burnt, but its pretty obvious you dont serve it to customers.

Rude staff who give their friends families priority over the already paid for and waiting customers. More oil in thw stir fry than actual sauce, massive chunks of meat and no veggies, you can see the one piece of green in the photo. I wish i hadve checked the reviews BEFORE we went and ordered because 2.8 at the time of this review makes so much sense. Very dissapointing considering it was so good when this store first opened

I ordered 3 large crunchy Japanese Chicken with fried rice, it was very disappointing when I opened the boxes at home, it was almost half the containers empty and also cold, so I felt scammed, paying for 3 large noodle boxes and getting only half per box. It is very disappointing because the food is delicious.

Ordered meal for 630pn pickup at 330pm. Still waiting at 650. They don’t have an issue passing bags over the counter for uber etc but people in store have to stand around waiting over 20mins.

Wouldve been a one star, but the staff were very friendly. I had some really good nooblebox in Melbourne several years ago, and ever since moving to northlakes iv’e tried this particular noodlebox 4 times including todays visit. Im not sure what it is but every single time the food has been flavourless, its very oily/soggy and i think ive just given it more then enough chances because of the noodlebox i had in Melbourne. Todays visit will be my last time using this noodlebox.
