I bought 1 regular hot&spicy today and requested all the vegetables. As don’t eat any meat. Found 1 piece of pork in box went and asked lady on counter answer I got is that kids works in the evening they may have mixed pork with vegetables.Lady didn’t even apologize and said it happens.For me, who never ate any meat due to religious reason, it is distressing.Also, I noticed the lady on counter talking on the phone all the time during my order and waiting time which may be the one of the reason for not notice pork in my vegetables. I’m very disappointed.Not professional at all.

The food is good, hence how busy however only 1 cook working. Backlog of orders. Staff working with back to counter not acknowledging customers or delivery drivers. A good number of delivery drivers, up to 8 waiting for acknowledgement or updates on orders. Some drivers were having to lean into the cooking area to read the names of orders that were ready and sitting unattended.

Not great , just ordered a meal for delivery the “no spice” tariaki was a medium++ spice level to the point my lips where tingling and the sweet and sour tasted nothing like sweet and sour and doubt it had been made today and was not fresh.Chicken was dry, tasteless and to much rice and no sauce. We definitely won’t be ordering here again. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered nasi goreng which isn’t traditionally very hot or overly spicy, mine was barely edible it was so hot, spicy and dry.. it was like eating the flavour sachet from 2 minute noodles. I think the “COOK” dropped the spice jar into the wok…. I love a good HOT Thai or indian dish but this was terrible. 1st and last time. Wish I had read the reviews prior

A terrible experience. Ordered the Japanese Chicken Fried rice. I got a box full with a few pieces of fried chicken on top but underneath was a chunk of steamed cold rice as if it was straight out of the fridge. I was watching them make it and saw them scoop it straight from the condiment area into the takeaway box but it never made it to the Wok to be cooked…. When I went back I was told I could get a refund but no fresh food as they were closing and they would “never served uncooked food” The sever has a terrible attitude walking around with headphones in and denying any responsibility for serving uncooked food. First and last time I eat here.
