This is a local seafood restaurant inside a motel. I had a nice chat with two frequent guests, one of who (from Rockhampton?) visits every week, stays in this same motel and dines in this same restaurant. From that I can tell, this is such a local friendly restaurant with local friendly food!!!

Amazing seafood platter, beautifully presented with delicious, fresh seafood. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They decorated the table for my dad’s birthday and the chef came out with a guitar to sing happy birthday. Would definitely recommend!

We had the big seafood platter and oh my gosh it was amazing, the best seafood ever and so fresh, the chef makes the dressing too which taste nothing like the bought ones because its so much better! We’ll be back! Great friendly and considerate service and nice intimate dining atmosphere, just lovely.

Wonderful fresh seafood! Can’t recommend highly enough!! We had a seafood platter which was just devine and so well presented. Restaurant manager and chef were very attentive and so friendly.

Neptunes resaurant..highly reccomend..high quality food..beautiful presentation.. cooked to perfection..decent plate size to fill anyone..all at a low cost..to top it off !!! The atomoshphere is both romantic and has an element of charm to it..compliments to the chef..service was quick and served with a smile..will be coming back as the seafood and dessert selection was for me addictive..I also reccomend there crumb steak..for the salad lovers: its was fresh crispy and would love the receipe to the dressing which tasted amazing..thanku

Very quiet place. Starter was great! Our meals were not the quality we had hoped for, and 1 plate even had 2 substitutions from the menu’s description…..without explanation beforehand!
