Absolutely abysmal customer service – got quoted $28.90 for a 2 pizza pickup from a phone order that I placed. I had the decency to inform them that the 2-pizza-pickup deal for $27.90 did not specify 2x traditional pizzas (as per the rules assigned to all other deals) and enquired politely if they had any deals to allow 1x traditional + 1x gourmet. NOW, they assured me on the phone that they were grateful that I pointed it out and said they would be willing to do the deal for $28.90 to include the gourmet pizza (at a 1 dollar surcharge). When I arrived 15 minutes later at the store, a worker was instantly rude to me. She asked what the order name was, I told them and they scoffed at me due to them mis-hearing my name as “Ben”, and would not believe me that it was my order until I told them the order with 100% accuracy. (How many people would order ghost pepper extract on a pizza, I wonder?) At this point, she sneered and said that “a new worker got it wrong and it would be $38.90 for the two pizzas.” I quickly reiterated the previous phone call. I highly doubt that in the 15 minutes time that another worker had finished whilst she started, especially given the operating hours and the unmistakable fact that she was indeed the one who took my phone order since her voice was an exact match. She turned to someone in the kitchen and said I was demanding to pay $28.90 and I heard the other worker grudgingly agree on this price. She turned to me with an obvious expression of disdain and viciously said to me as I was paying that “they would only be doing it this time and never again.” I told her I would not be visiting this sorry excuse for a pizzeria again in the future.

I thought the place was serving Italian food but I found out that they actually serve Chinese Pizza. I was served by a Chinese lady that could barely speak English. After she took my order I had to wait for nearly an hour as she was making both the main meals and the Pizzas. The Pizzas had excessive amount of cheese and barely any toppings on them.

Wow. I love pizza. When a warning on a board says this HOT pizza cannot be eaten by elderly or under 18yo, you better believe I’m going to try it. How was it ? There are no words to describe how flavorful and superlativly FLAMING hot this was. The others were good as well. Have been back more than once.

Loyal customer for 20+ years, tonight we ordered 2 large pizza deal and a main meal, well the pizza arrived but the main did not, had to wait another 1/2 an hour for the main to be delivered as they gave the wrong address to the delivery driver. This pizza shop has gone down hill this isnt the first time they have screwed up our order. Won’t be odering from this store again.

We were weekly regulars for 10+ years as the food was amazing but we have not been for a while due to moving away and after tonight we will never go back. I can only assume it has changed owners as the food and service is now horrible. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. Multiple staff saw me waiting and ignored me. Pizzas were burnt, main meal consisted or dry tasteless chicken on dry pasta with some generic tasting spice. Their satay chicken used to be my favorite meal of all time but what I got tonight was appalling. I tried calling to discuss with them but they havent even managed to take the after hour diversion off the phones and its now after 8pm. I’m so disappointed.

After a recent blip where the chef was away, Narre Warren Pizza and Pasta are back in form. We spoke last week to Marushka, who has excellent customer service, and had another meal last night, which was fantastic. For the last few years, we have used this shop as a standard whilst travelling, and we have not been able to find a better quality meal.

Due to extras at our engagement party we were running out of food fast, but Narre Pizza had our backs. Not only did they have 10 large pizzas ready in under 20 min, the pizza’s were soooo good. They weren’t light on the toppings and not one of them were cold. Thank you Narre Warren Pizza!
