This is my second terrible experience at Nando’s Cassuarina, the first one was in August when I ordered a takeaway, I got home to eat kids and the chicken wasn’t cooked and the box is filled with water. I called no one picked and I don’t know how to do review then. The second experience is today, I went to the store in person and ordered, I complained of my last chicken and I said they should cook it well this time, when I picked my order again today and got home, chicken was well cooked but I noticed the 3 sides was rubbish, they counted the chips inside the bag, it was a very tiny small chips not even for a toddler, and so soggy. Why will I order large side chips and be given tiny tiny like 15 pieces inside each sides, there is no value for money in Nando’s, I don’t think I want to recommend to anyone.

One of the Nando’s in the NT. This is by far the cleanest, most spacious, and friendliest Nando’s in this part of Australia. The service is fast and fresh, and they will cook the food as you like it. but the Worst service ever! I waited 45 min to get the burger which was already ready and sat at the counter for 15 minutes I ordered a burger and fries. The bread and chicken on the burger came cold. they really need to improve their customer service.

Everytime I go there they always say they are running out of chicken and they are waiting on it which might take around 20-25 minutes. They have given same reason for 4-5 times now. I also waited there and watched and they tell it to every customer that comes in. They should be aware if it , and if it is going to be busy they need to get more chicken in stock as its been there ongoing issue now. Need improvement.

Food really tasty have been there more than a couple of times the restaurant floor and table was dirty every time I went there no customer service at all even if the food is good and hot am asking myself how the kitchen cleanliness is? Great potential in this selling good food is not enough customer service also important.

food is delicious BUT staff had trouble getting the order right. The music is too loud that you can’t hear each other and we had to point at the menu cos staff couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear them much. Asked us what extras we wanted, we got cold sweet potato fries we didn’t order and had to follow up on the spicy rice. we also got told we’d get corn with our order but we didn’t get it. Also got the spice level of the chicken wrong. Waiting time is bearable. they should turn their music down.
