Good fast food, nothing like peri peri chips and sauce!! But being forced to order through the app is just plain frustrating. Tables could be cleaned better and more frequently, too. Food can often take a while during lunch rush, but when it does come, it’s guaranteed to be fresh and hot.

Food was ok. Quality has dropped since last time I had it. Not all of our food came out at same time, and had to ask multiple times where it was, as well as our drinks. Once the final meal came out, everyone else had finished theres and the avocado still had its skin on it. Staff were great though, very helpfull

I’m still waiting for my meal 40 minutes and counting after ordering it. Not only has my food not arrived but I lost my seat to a Nandos staff member on break when I got up to check my order! Management could only give me a contemptuous look when I explained they would need to bring my food to another table than was on the docket. Willing to bet if (and this is a big if) my food does come out it’ll be the staff member so removed from and idea of customer service who brings the food to me. Exceptionally poor form Nandos!

I’m not going to lie, this was the best Nando’s I have ever had across Australia. I don’t know what they did to the chicken that day but I loved it. The meat was falling off the bones and it was just so juicy and tender. Every bite made me come back for more. The best way to end off a holiday. Will definitely come back if I’m around the area.

Nandos conveniently located in Canberra Central. Good food but staff service was poor. Was repeatedly told by staff that they insisted on customers ordering through the QR code (which is not even on every table) because it is “faster” (it wasn’t) and wouldn’t let us order at the front counter like a normal person.

The worst Nandos I’ve been to in Australia. Over 30 minutes of waiting time. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. Moreover, the food quality is very bad. Never visiting again for sure.

Shout out to Barbara! On a Tuesday after work she’s a shining star. Beautiful nature and truly a gem. 100% her customer service is the best I’ve ever receive at a Nandos restaurant. Almost finished my chips before I remembered to take a photo!

We waited 30 mins for our food, when my brother’s burger was visibly sitting in the window for 15 minutes. Eventually when we did get the food, it was a big let down. My brother’s burger was cold, my girlfriend’s wrap was stale and not well filled, and my “large” chips were not as big as one would expect. There were no forks for me to use to eat, causing me to chase down a staff member. Finally, none of the kitchen staff wore their mandated masks. Overall a very poor dining experience.
