We were in town for the weekend and we’d not been to taco Bell before. Decided to try it out. First time was 5 stars, food was delicious, there was a problem with the self ordering system but the manager helped straight away. Overall very happy.

Drive thru entry is confusing, for a start, with insufficient signs. Anyway I found the entrance, ordered, and drove to the window to pay. After I paid, the young woman mumbled something and closed the window. I sat there for about two minutes with other cars behind me, not knowing what I was meant to do. Was it like my local Guzman Y Gomez, where there’s another window around the corner? I thought I’d better drive forward, just in case that’s what I was meant to do. No second window. So I had to park, and go into the shop to get my burrito. Fortunately I don’t have disability issues. However the vegan burrito, when I got it, was really well put together and satisfying. Just the layout of the drive thru is really pretty poor.

Nice to see a taco bell here. Not a typical one like in the USA. Food choices were different and the order machine didn’t work right. Counter staff very nice and helpful.
