Spent $80 on takeaway tonight and very disappointed. There was no basting applied to any of it! The basting is what Nandos is all about! A bit of sauce had been thrown in the box and that hadn’t even gone over half of the chicken.

The food was 50/50 some was really good others was not. The BBQ ribs were very good, the tenders were fine but dry, the salad was good but very minimal and the 2 1/4 chickens we got were 90% bones and tendons.

Place is always absolutely filthy. The last two times we have been there has literally been dirty dishes left all over every single table while staff sit on their phones on their break. Customers, including us, had to clear the tables just so we could get a seat and then they got the order wrong twice. We used to go here every Friday night but not anymore.

the customer service and the table service at this Nando’s is absolutely horrendous. the waiting times are super slow and the staff are very unfriendly and unapologetic. waiting THIRTY MINUTES just for a drink is absolutely despicable, I wish I was exaggerating but that’s the truth. food was amazing but the terrible customer service really tarnishes the whole experience. the tall guy with the glasses really needs to get his attitude checked as well.

I miss how available nando’s used to be. They were everywhere, when we are in the area we drop by this nando’s. Geelong West went a while ago sadly but this one is fantastic. QR table ordering is super fast and easy, the food was so good! Friendly staff and a short walk from the Belmont market. Open one in Lara please! We’re lacking good food and variety out here.

Do not order online or via app! They take your money and don’t fulfill the order. Ordered a meal on Sunday evening 13/8 and waited 2hrs. Had to call store to ask where my order was only to be told the driver hasnt collected it! Well of course it would be cold and the staff memenber made no suggestions so we asked for refund which they did via email to head office. We havent heard anything since!
