We had a late lunch here yesterday. The young man behand the counter was attentive and friendly. The food we got was packaged and not fresh made, eg frozen chips, potato cakes and chicken patties. However, it was cooked well and we all thought it tasted good. We ordered chips, potato caked, chicken nuggets and two chicken burgers. We didnt wait long for our food.

Good customer service, reasonable prices and clean environment. Ordered a chicken burger with the lot and it was fantastic. Glad to have a decent takeaway option in New Norfolk. Will definitely be returning.

Facelift was a welcome addition compared to before, now with space to stop and eat before hitting the road again. Rosie’s chicken, apart from sometimes being just a bit too greasy (rare but happens), is great. The freshly done chips are out of this world though. Parking isn’t bad but not enough space sometimes, being a fight between the school rush at times.
