I tried to purchase a Blueberry muffin in the cafe section to have with the coffee I ordered as part of my meal. There was 2 labels for the muffins (chocolate & Blueberry) each had the price of $3.65. I asked for a muffin and the staff member charges $4.50, I tell her the window label says $3.65, she reaches in to look at the label, obviously thinking I was lying. She then says that the label price is wrong. I ask if I could have at the label price please as that is what was been advertised/presented and she refused (no apology). These young staff members are training in hospitality, is this the level of service we can expect in the hospitality sector in the future? ..very mediocre!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through drive through I’m parked, whether there are other cars or not. Even for a single item. Waited 20 minutes last week for an order that they still forgot items for. The worst restaurant in southern Tas by far for service and staff.

Almost ashamed to say I go nearly every day for a happy meal for lunch, it’s rare to get bad food, maybe the chips could be a little hotter sometimes but that’s only criticism I’d have. The staff are ALWAYS lovely and friendly.
