The batter was completely uncooked… the batter inside was still runny, it tasted like raw flour. When I made the mistake of bite into fish thinking it was going to be a nice COOKED! fish meal! I don’t even know how one would achieve this! I’m 50 and have never seen this before! With fish I ran my nail across the fish so it can be seen the runny sticky raw dough! You can see in other photos the glue like paste between the coating and fish Anyways Extremely disappointed to say the least…. fist time trying this place…. It will be the last

Horrified to find when we ordered fish cocktails and chips they use basa fillets which is a fresh water fish that I believe should never be battered and fried. The fish was almost slimy textured and we couldn’t eat it . Will never use this shop again

Made an uber eats order. Once i got it noticed that a couple of items were missing which didn’t bother me. What bothered me was the fish and prawns being over cooked where it was so dry to eat. The tartare sauce tasted bland. Let’s just say that was my first and last order from there. I suggest going to the fish and chip shop in Ramsgate they are the best thus far.

WOW. Tried these guys for the first time since moving out to the area. The BEST F&C I’ve had in a long time. Must have clean oil. Seafood was magnificent and large servings. $5 kids meals are a hit….. Possible Friday night dinner supplier in future!
